History

The Uniform Resource Locator was created in 1994[2] by Tim Berners-Lee and the URI alive accumulation of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) as an aftereffect of accord started at the IETF Living Documents "Birds of a Feather" affair in 1992.
